Custody Report Pro© is an Internet-Based parenting plan and timesharing evaluation (i.e. child custody evaluation) system. Custody Report Pro© facilitates the collection of large amounts of information from parents and collateral informants in a case. Please note it is NOT an interpretive report it is a report generator.
Custody Report Pro© allows parents who are in a custody dispute to complete parent history and child history questionnaires on a secure remote server. No one will be able to see anyone else’s input. In addition, there are questionnaires for collateral informants for them to give their input as well. In fact, this system is capable of processing questionnaires for up to 20 children and 40 collateral informants in each case. This is probably well more than you’ll ever need. Finally there is a questionnaire that is designed to specifically address the factors that a court considers in making decisions relative to parents’ responsibility and timesharing. All of the data collected from parents and collateral informants migrate into a Microsoft Word document that you save on your computer. You then edit it as you see fit; it’s that simple.
There is recent research published in the Independent Practitioner, a bulletin by Division 42 of the American Psychological Association that indicates the advantages of computerized interviews and ratings scales. Computer administered interviews provide more comprehensive information then is usually collected in clinical practice. According to the Summer, 2009, article supplementing clinical interviews with computer administered interviews can ensure that queries will be made for a wide variety of life events. Custody Report Pro© does precisely this. When used in conjunction with face to face interviews the information accumulated is likely to be more precise and complete than information collected in person interviews only.
A frequent complaint made by participants in child custody evaluations is that the evaluator did not use all of their information and input. That argument using Custody Report Pro© can no longer be used. Why? Because Custody Report Pro© incorporates the participants’ responses verbatim and therefore when incorporated into the report all of their information (i.e., their input) is included. The basis therefore of their complaint does not exist.

Step 1: Court assigns you to conduct an evaluation or be a Parenting Coordinator. Litigants sign an informed consent. Basic info is entered into Custody Report Pro (name, address, attorney, judge, etc). Give Litigants an access code for Custody Report Pro and Litigants log in.
